I had the little sister called Skyla and I hated it. It hurt when they inserted it and the cramping never went away. I had it taken out after 3 months.
My cousin was on mirena and she had issues with it. It actually made her sick after she got it but it passed. But the mirena moved itself and she had to have it taken out.

I love mine! No complications and periods are so light and only last about a day.
