Have you checked his mouth for sores ? My son had a fever about a month ago and refused food and bottles only wanted to nurse. But only to find out he had a sore inside his mouth ( cheek to be accurate)

Yup mine had a 102 temp a while back. Only wanted to nurse in bed all day. He was fine the next day so i think it was teething

I think it's because he is teething. But I'll be looking for anything else .

If the fever is too high then go to the doctor, give him tylenol and when babies are sick they don't wanna eat. If he's drinking cows milk it has protein he should be ok on milk until he feels better. Offer fluids and food every few hours
