how to prevent a c section ? or what can i do to prevent myself from getting the epidural

Get a doula and try to go to a birthing center

Avoid induction.

Inductions are 50% chance likely to end in surgery.

Home Birth.

You cant prevent a c-section in a hospital if they deem it necessary.

Tell them no & dont ask for a epidural thats how you prevent that.

That was my fear my whole pregnancy but I don't think it's nothing you can do. I mean if your baby is breech they'll do it.

But just try your best to manage the pain

And you should be fine
