Once Robby's shoulders hit the mattress he rolls to his stomach. My husband is having a meltdown about how unsafe. But if I try rolling him back he just rolls again. Is it true it's ok to leave them if they know how to roll
His pediatrician said that once they can roll, there's not much you can do about it....They're usually strong enough to move if there's an issue. He's slept on his stomach since he started rolling at 3 months...I'd roll him back over in the beginning, but he would be back on his stomach before I left the room! He's always with his butt in the air, arms tucked under his tummy, or wound in his hair. It's so adorable
@mamabeartaryn I completely understand but seriously what else could you do? Nothing, they have their own little minds.
@shellbell0391, I thought I had heard that! His 6 month appt is in 2 weeks I figured it would come up then anyhow
@mamabeartaryn, it really is. I'm always taking pictures lol
@masonsmom0609, yeah the first few times he did it it woke him. Which woke me. Now he is sound asleep which is actually scarier lol
@littleonemorning, out ac seems chilly at night that's the only reason I have him in anything. Aww butt in the air is so cute when kids sleep that way lol
Doctors say when they roll themselves on their stomach it's ok for them to sleep that way. Not much you can do to stop them! Mine is a belly sleeper now too
My son was the same way it worried me so badly I wouldnt sleep. Some kids are just like that. That the way they are comfortable.
@mamabeartaryn, I would move to a sleep sack, we don't even use those anymore either. Lol he likes to sleep with his butt in the air now too
@littleonemorning, I have him swaddled with both arms out though. I probably can move to a sleep sack now
@emily526, ok that's what I figured he had the control if need be
^ same. I stopped swaddling at that point too. But everyone is different, I've never had an issue with my son sleep on his stomach. And it was around 5 months as well that he started doing it.
I can only speak from my experience, but my daughter sleeps on her stomach every night. She can roll over if she wants to and has control over her head. I've never had any issues. She's napped and slept on her stomach since she gained control of her head.
How many rolls of tp does everyone have? I’ll start: 5
--**ROLL CALL**-- Who's up? Where you from? How old are you? How many weeks? Due date?... Anddd GOOO!!!!!
My son keeps rolling over and sleeping on his stomach when he sleeps, should I turn him on his back or let him sleep how he wants?
how far along are u roll call
5 weeks 3 days😁😁😁 OK your turn
at how many months did your baby start sitting up? my son will be 5 months this Saturday and he still doesn't know how, or he doesn't try too. He can only roll over and he tries to crawl. Should I be worried?
@nomaci, that is so cute lol
