How long does it take to have a C-section?

I think it depends on how things go I think 2 plus hours

I had an emergency c section..I don't remember it being long..I was so drugged up lol..But I feel like it was only 20-30 minutes.

It took like a hour for me to do the actual c section but waiting to go into the OR took hours

I went to the hospital around 8 and delivered 3:47

@antwonika, yeah I had 3 c sections Infront of me then an emergency one had to also go ahead of me 😪

@parismommmy, mines is scheduled for the 28th but I gotta be to the hospital the night of to get admitted

@antwonika yeah lol..I guess bc it was an emergency so they had to get him out.

@simply_unsimple, oh they do that fast but the normal they take their sweet time

My doc said mine is scheduled for 730am baby will be out by 8am and i will be out of the O.R. and in recovery by 830am

@hthomas0308, I never asked my doctor all that I go to the dr Thursday to do my strep b test so I'll ask her then

30 to 45 minutes

Mine took about 1 and 1/2 hours.
