@raisingbrystol23 where we live, there's a bunch of alcoholics and drug users and all that's running through my head is what if he's over dosing again cause when I was pregnant with my first son, I left him just 2wks before I gave birth, he ended up free basing heroin and over dosed from it and it's scaring me that he's doing that stuff again

If he does take you to court make sure you tell them he made those threats, trying to force you to stay, won't look good for him.

@mommyirene I'm right there with you. @torrey_love yeah. And if he's drinking, I'm gonna audio record everything he says and keep it for when me and him go to court for child support
