Im so excited just in 3 months i dropped 21lbs!! How crazy is that?! I never thought after having a C Section that i would be able to get back down again or have a flat stomach!! If any of you mamas wanna know my secret message me ;) i would love to share it with everyone!

Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section

Short Luteal Phase?

kenitra Anytime. Check the hospital website (labor & delivery) and it should have the schedule. If not, just
