I guess because he didn't like that I moved on after we split and that was his way he knew he could really hurt me.... he knew I didn't have the money to fight him in court and his brother owns a lawyer practice ands very good so even if I'd tryed to go to court he'd win anyways so we came up with a parenting plan in mediation and every other weekend was the best he'd give me plus split holidays but before mediation i didn't see her for 3 months it was agony.... but I took out a loan and got a lawyer and she's going to try to help me get the mediation papers changed to either me having her back or hopefully least having her more

Yeah the lawyer thing doesn't matter, he'd have to prove that you're an unfit mom. If he couldn't do that then he has no case so you should be able to get her back easily. Courts are usually more partial to keeping the child with the mother unless there's a serious reason.

Thank you ladies for the support I'm paying I can get her back!!
