Anyone know about waist training and how fast it works ?

@ilovemychildren, In person is always best because they know what size to give you. Check through bing or google where is your nearest Colombian waist trainer. The Colombian ones are the best! I started out with a large and now I'm in a small (spanx) one and a medium girdle one.
