Did anyone else eat 7 dates a day in the last stage of pregnancy? It's supposed to help with contractions and have a shorter first phase of labor. I've read that eating dates for giving birth was also in the Quran (Bible)📖

I drink the Raspberry leaf tea and walked A LOT. I was only in labor 5 hours

The study found that eating dates during the last month of pregnancy had at least the following beneficial effects:

Cervical dilation of the date-eaters upon admission to the hospital was higher than that of the control group.

Spontaneous labor occurred more frequently in the date-eating group than in the control group.

Women who ate dates had a lower chance of needing prostin or oxytocin during labor. These hormones are used to induce labor.
