So i need HELP, ive heard from some people you cannot eat maynaisee and deli meats during pregnancy?!?!? Can someone explain? I know the parts about bacteria but this wasnt a thing when my mom was pregnant years ago lol

That's all I have are sandwich and deli meats you can eat it but kust not so much in a week and stuff and i warm my up a little just cause I don't like it cold lol but my doctor said it was fine and my baby is perfectly healthy
