Trying a menstrual cup for the first time. It still feels kinda folded at the bottom. How do I know if it's in right?
@cookiemonster1216, I seem to have figured it out for the most part and LOVE it. I remember seeing something on your feed about it and my periods been kinda heavy since my miscarriage so I LOVE this! It works great. I had a little leaking when it wasn't in right but once I figured it out no leaking and really comfy.
My suggestion would be to spin and slightly pull down. I also sometimes use a finger and kind of (sorry TMI) stick it next to the cup and circle it to make sure the folds are undone. It's a little messy sometimes but it gets the job done. It may take a couple cycles to really get it down so don't get discouraged too easily
@zachattackmomma, did overnight in it and I love it! It makes it seem like way less blood too 😂 no leaks or anything. Where has this been my whole life!? You can keep it in for 12 hours?! This thing rocks!
For real. Check out the Put a Cup In It youtube channel. She is really awesome!
Once you get used to it, you'll never go back
@zachattackmomma, i think I have it right now. I just keep overthinking it and taking it out. I'm going to try to keep it in until morning. I think I got it right though
Practice without being on your period... you shouldn't feel it... YouTube videos on it also... they will show you how to fold it
@liz41395, I LOVE my cup! I switched because I hate pads and tampons hurt me so it's a perfect solution for my light irregular periods
