Think u can claim 11 weeks before your due

When I need start claim true to job centre I.m 21 week nou fing live job 11 weeks before baby due

I would have started my leave earlier had I known xd

I got same problem in one year change 2 jobs my employer say he not pay I need claim true job centre

Really that's so bad especially as been working xx

I have had to claim through job centre would that be y I won't get the 90% for 1st 6 weeks x

Government website states you get 90% for first 6 weeks then for the rest you either get 90% or 140 a week whichever is less, which is usually the 140. Go on government website and check, I'd bring that up with your work x

I got a letter today saying I will get 140 but not 90% of my wages at the beginning x

I got 90% of my wages for 6 weeks and get 140 a week now as that's statutory mat pay
