HELP!!!! PLEASE READ. My niece isn't getting justice because cps expects a scarred and mentally messed up 4 year old to talk about her molestation, she won't talk again about it. She talked for one day and told the same story to her mom, my mom, and 2 police officers but won't talk again. She tells me she never wants to see her father and step mother ever again, never talks about them and clams up everytime we try to ask why. Cps is closing her case and making her go back there because they tried twice and she won't talk, she won't talk to any of us. The only reason she talked the first time is because we caught her doing something to herself. Please help!!! Advise!!!!! Prayers atleast!!!! Our small family is devasted.

Seems like a lot of people are trying to get this out of her. She's only 4 so that could be why she's closing up on everyone. She needs ONE person that can build up her trust and get her to tell and then have authorities try and talk to her with that person. I'm so sorry this happened to her 💔

Maybe spend some one on one time with her. Put on a movie, cuddle play a game and just relax with her and kinda let her know that she's not going to get in trouble AT ALL and the police are going to help her get away from her dad and step mom so that she doesn't have to be with them anymore.

That's very sad. I've been in the same situation when I was her age. And having CPS workers try to get me to talk was so scary as a young child. Your niece's mom just has to put her foot down, be aggressive to get justice, file a restraining order on dad and step mom, and never give up on getting her little girl justice. Try to take your niece on a little date somewhere were she will have fun. What happened to me is my CPS worker would take me to build a bear or Chucky cheese and hang out with me so I would trust her. Not many CPS workers are willing to put in the effort. So having mom continuing to fight and call them non stop is what I would do. I hope she gets justice and she never has to be violated like that again.

@noahs.mommy @babynessa thank you both so much! I'm just so broken over this situation. Will cps let me talk to her in front of them?
M. P. ·
@savvysmom if it gets her to talk about it and they hear it with their own ears then its a possibility. If they could take some one else's word for it I'm sure they word but hear say is like not something they can do. Maybe see if they can just be relaxed with her too when you talk to her and be friendly and "hang out" with her. She needs to feel safe with whoever is going to talk to her and be there to hear and ask questions.

Yes what @babynessa said! If she needs to talk straight to a worker see if you can get one that will go the extra mile to gain her trust. @savvysmom

@noahs.mommy I know I could get it out of her if they could listen from a dostance

@savvysmom they might do that. Like i said they just need to hear it from her mouth with their own ears. They don't do hear say. Talk to someone and explain that she trusts you enough to tell you what happened and ask if someone can just stand by and listen ask if they are any certain things you need to ask her and what not
