I'm not at the end, but I am constipated constantly, and I just recently drank prune juice and... It works in like an hour, but it kind of gives me a small tummy ache so don't drink too much!
@kaydens_mom I had some at my sisters on the 4 of July and she gave me a full glass, and oh my, I was in serious pain! So, when I decided I didn't want to eat any more prunes, lol I just bought some juice. Last night I drank about 4 oz and w/in an hour, I was good to go. Start small. Lol but it definitely helps.
