Pumping isn't an accurate way to tell if you're producing enough milk. My son takes 7oz but when I pump, i barely get 4 oz. Are you able to nurse?

Newborns always drop weight the first week. They told me after i had her to not be alarmed if itd gone down by the time i went for her next appt. Give it time trust me she will gain weight. Just make sure shes dirtying up enough diaper and eating as a newborn should
