Sorry for the long post but I need to vent....

Easier said than done, but quit caring what others think. It will only put negative thoughts into your head. I learned to stop caring what other people say or do a long time ago. As long as your happy that's all that matters and your baby is due around the same time mine is due 😊💕💙

I live on my own with my boyfriend of 6 years and my mother is so mad about this pregnancy that she's refusing to speak to me. She pulled the same with my pregnancy with my son. She doesn't care for me financially at all. She still refuses to be called "grandma" by my almost one and a half year old

@amandahiatt, when I announced my first pregnancy I made it clear that any negative thoughts or words would be enough for me to write them out of the picture . What they say or think behind my back is one thing but I don't want it around me . I'm due March 25th.

@oliverandmommy, my mom was upset with my first pregnancy until I took her to see the ultrasound and she knew there was nothing she could do about it . But my boyfriends family acted supportive to my face and ultimately made me feel like dirt because I wasn't good enough for them. Now I ignore them all. It's just I wish they were all more supportive. If it ends up being to much for them then they can leave . It just sucks

Hey I'm 36, have lived on my own and totally supported myself since I was 18... when I got pregnant at 35, with my second child (first child I was 33)... my mom was pissed because 'I'm too old!' 🙄😒 sometimes people are just going to respond stupid no matter what you do or how old you are! If you are handling your life without needing a handout from your family... then I say who cares what they think! You be happy and excited! It's your life!

I feel you my husband and I have our own cars, house, job, and never ask for anything and already have all the baby stuff but my mom is not going to be happy we are pregnant again she's so judgmental it sucks but if you are happy and your friends and select few family members then that's what matters it's her loss if she wants to be upset

Have you been to the doctor yet? I go on the 9th. Im actually unsure of my due date but according to my app on my phone I'm due the 8th

@amandahiatt, yeah I went into the doctor at about 4 weeks, I have my first ultrasound august 15th. They estimated my due date of March 25th

@leann.harris, if you don't mind me asking when was the first day of your last period? I'm just trying to get as close as I can to my due date since it's not been confirmed yet. Mine was June 1

@amandahiatt, it was June 18th. They are guessing I conceived about July 4th or 5th.

@leann.harris, okay, good. So my app on my phone is probably right on the dot then because I'm a little ahead of you so it makes sense. I'm just trying to get a estimate of when this nausea will subside. 😬 with my daughter it went away at 12 weeks
