Can anybody recommend a good diaper rash cream? I've never had this problem, Destin doesn't seem to be working.

Triple Paste or Lotrimin, depending on the type of diaper rash.

Boudreaux butt paste is my fave! It'll take a rash away within hours on my daughter.

Another vote for Boudreaux Butt Paste. Desitin didn't do much for my son, either, but this one works like a charm. A warning, though, it is basically impossible to wash off your hands afterwards. Totally worth it, but still kinda gross.

Burts Bee. The best! I've had no problems with it and I know many moms that use it. Not watery and comes easily off with a wipe. So worth it.
