Hey ladies, what do you do for money while on maternity leave? I'm trying to figure out what to do 🤔

@courtney.welsh I'm trying to work until im due. I will not get paid at all during maternity leave, so im just saving as much as i can right now. That's all i can do.

Ratracerebellion.com has work from home jobs! I might try to pick up transcription if I have any spare time at all. Haha

@beebaby, oops, I meant paying off!! 😅 we have some credit cards and we just can't really afford to lose my income

@juliaschade41, yeah, like I said above saving is hard for us right now, because we're paying off credit cards and my husband has school loan debt, which we have more than enough income when I'm working but... I won't be able to

@courtney.welsh oh. I understand the debt thing. I have a lot. Just can't worry about them at the moment. I gotta save for my daughter first and pray the rest into God's hands. Im a single mom so i don't have a choice😥

@beebaby, I can only work 10 hours a day right now.. so I'm working at my max amount of hours. It sucks..

@courtney.welsh my credit is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I have so much debt everywhere its insane.....I just need to hold my baby girl.😭😭

@beebaby, yeah, I was just trying to find at home jobs that I could do when I'm on leave, but they all need so much experience 🙄

@juliaschade41, do you live on your own? Or do you have family you stay with?

@courtney.welsh I stay with my family right now who have helped a lot, but they can't provide for my child. That's all on me. And they want me to find somewhere to live on my own.

I started a baby fund soon as I found out I was pregnant plus I still get paid when I'm on leave but only for 4 weeks. My guy will still be working.
