It has worked wonders for me. It's tough to find dairy free options but so worth it

@kaytibug2009, it's been almost 2 weeks of no dairy (except for one tiny accident yesterday, which I paid for) and there is a marked improvement in my sons eating and gassiness. He doesn't have to burp as often and sleeps so much better!

@pregomego yeah I have been without dairy for several days now and it has helped my little girl too. The doctor said it's more than likely her body not being able to process it this early in life. But she us not testing is if she's lactose intolerant so the doctor said that she'll eventually grow out of this.

@kaytibug2009, from what I've read it's an issue with the proteins in the dairy that transfer in our milk not lactose intolerance at this age.
