omg so I was bending over the other day picking up clothes in my closet and idk if I got up to fast or what but my lower back just stared hurting now it hurts when I bent down or sit down and it had gone away for a couple of days but it stared hurting again it frustrating cause I have shit to do and I can't do it 😡😡
