I seriously could use some advice... My 2 yr old daughter has been complaining about her stomach hurting since we were at hospital having the baby... I figured it was just nerves... because she has never been without us over night... and my mom has been here and is letting her eat all sorts of crap that she's not use to... fast forward 2 weeks and we are still dealing with her complaining about her 'stommy' hurting, usually it's only when she first gets up (I assume she wakes up hungry)... or when she's tired before bed (because she's fighting going to bed)... so I'm not sure what to do... she's currently also teething... and just had her 2 year physical and the doctor felt her tummy, and did not notice anything... she is TERRIFIED of the doctor... literally screams and throws herself around violently the whole time we are there! So I really don't want to deal with that... but at this point... I'm at a loss... is this her just getting attention... or could we be really dealing with an actual issue?!?!

@leann.harris, okay I just looked it up... she's cutting her lower 2 canines... they are called the 'stomach teeth'! So I think the mystery is solved!

@ilovemychildren, she's not backed up... and surprisingly, she has never been one to put anything in her mouth... so I highly doubt she put anything in her mouth... but I had not thought about her swallowing something! 😞🤔

They say that some teeth can hurt their tummies, I don't remember which ones exactly but I know some make headaches and some tummyaches.

Could be a lot of things. Digestion sensitivity, she could have swallowed something and has a blockage, she could be constipated, etc. I would just go back to the doctor and voice your concerns

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

lillyb Good job giving ur self a break we all need them. See if maybe she will nurse
delete____ I have to commend you for stepping away, momma!! Everyone reacts to a child screaming differently and
imisssleep123456789 Ugh I remember those days. With both kids I decided to always top them off with formula.
