Because of insurance my primary care doctor was assigned to me and works at a planned parenthood...so to get the doctor I want for this pregnancy I have to get a referral from my primary care...I have to be honest I've never felt so pressured in my life to have an abortion..the nurse and my doctor asked me 4 different time if this was "a pregnancy I wanted to keep" and after that I just had to go home and cry...my husband and I have been praying so hard for another baby and after 2 miscarriages we thought it might never happen again. I don't condemn any women's choice but if I'm going in there specificity for a referral then please don't ask me questions like that...

Huh, maybe your doc is just used to women being unsure. Either way, it's not really fair that he pressured you like that. If he tries again, kindly remind him you are happy to be carrying your rainbow baby.
I've been to planned parenthood and they always ask if that's what you're interested in but I never felt pressured one way or the other. They just wanted to make sure my choices were my own and that I wasn't being pushed by anyone else one way or the other.

Definitely not okay. Sounds like an odd planned Parenthood. I've used PP before and they've never pressured me to do anything. They usually ask what I'm going to do then provide me with the resources that match my answer. Definitely talk to the Dr and tell him that it's not okay to keep asking those questions.

At first it didn't bother me but after I stated talking to my doctor and I had just got though talking about how I had just lost 2 babies (which will always be hard for me to talk about) he looked and me and was like "are you sure you want to continue this pregnancy?" It's like absolutely!
