I'm a weights kind of girl. I REALLY don't like cardio unless it's brought to you by Mr.Insanity and even then I'm not a fan.

BUT weights I LOVE! I also know cardio is what really trims YOU done. SoOoOo glad I found the best of both worlds right now! As for the diva and dude already over it with pb&j and crunches! 😘
