Anyone have any experience getting a breast pump from wic?? Went to my last appt and they didn't schedule another appt.…

What do they offer? I have an appt. With them tomorrow.

Usually they just "rent" their pumps out. So you do have to wait until after you have the baby. Though insurance will cover for a pump!

@jodeciafranklin, you receive food benefits for stuff like milk, cheese, bread, and even formula. It's actually really helpful

I never got a pump. But you can get one threw your insurance

@jodeciafranklin, no cash assistance unfortunately but it is different from food stamps. They give you a little booklet of different food brands you can buy from and they give you a certain amount of food you can get every month but the amounts increase as your pregnancy progresses which is pretty good and it's not bad for getting everything free haha
