@nmc95 yes I know that feeling that's why every time I feel that way I get on the app to see what everybody else is talking about and seeing all the beautiful pictures of the beautiful babies. This app has really helped me out.

@theirmommytiara, that's why I downloaded it because I used to be home by myself with my son all the time and I felt less alone on this site.

@nmc95 I'm glad I re-downloaded it to my phone because sometimes I feel like nobody understands but I can get on this app and know that it's someone that's going through the same things I'm going through.

@theirmommytiara, that's what this site is for. It's to uplift people, talk about our issues, & meet people who are going through the same things. As moms we drive ourselves crazy trying to be strong and perfect for everyone. This site helps us remain sane

@nmc95 you are so right about that. But you know what I'm about to start giving people a taste of their own medicine and see if they like that. I just want to feel good inside and out so I hope when I do remove the birth control that everything slowly but surely gets back on the right track. I want to at least get back to 160 I don't have to go no lower than it and I would be so happy. thanks for talking to me I'm glad to see that I'm Not the Only Mommy going through this. I knew I wasn't the only one going through this but you know some people don't like to open up about their struggles.. thanks again

@theirmommytiara, people think having no filter is being real, but it's far from it. We beat ourselves up because it's not what we're used to. Like we went from being a nice weight to being the butt of people's jokes. The birth control makes everything everything mentally harder and emotionally because it heightens it times 10

@nmc95 right that's what I'm trying to understand.. some people I guess that's just the way that they were brought up. Things will be better if people would think before they speak. Girl I beat myself up everyday thinking that my fiance is out here looking for someone smaller because I feel less attractive because of all the weight that I gained.. he's never said anything to me about my weight so I guess I'm just making it Up All In My Head but sometimes I just can't help it... I already suffer from anxiety and depression but I think the birth control is what's making it worse.

@theirmommytiara, it really is. People don't realize that we already beat ourselves up about it so why put more emphasis on it?

@nmc95 girl everybody that see me be like girl where all that weight from.. then my grandmother be like u gained a lot of weight that stuff is depressing..

@theirmommytiara, same here I'm 225 too. I never been at this weight . Before I was pregnant I was like 140. Like I remember a couple weeks ago my dad asked me if I'm trying to lose weight. I was so pissed. He always trying to get over on me smh

@nmc95 wow, and girl yes I've gained soo much weight. I've never been this big even when I was pregnant i only reached 213. now 225 smh and I hate the way I look now.

@theirmommytiara, right like the doctors are gaining when you get birth control like I'm sure they get paid more when you get on it. But the girl who died also wasn't told that you should only have the depo for 2 years and stop and she had it for like 5.

@nmc95 girl I've been feeling the same way and he thinks I'm cheating or want somebody else and another thing that has happened is that my appetite has picked up so I'm gaining a lot of weight because I'm always hungry

@nmc95 wow that is crazy and I know that's a hard pill to swallow.. because you know in certain situations once a mom find out that their daughter is having sex they make them get on birth control to not get pregnant when in actuality birth control isn't any good... I had knee surgery last month and they made me take my Nuvaring out because it could have caused blood clots but even without my knee surgery it's still a risk of blood clot stroke heart attack.. basically taking this medicine at our own risk hoping and praying that nothing happens. I think it's best just to go natural if I have another child well that'll make four every child is a blessing whether they're planned or not... girl this makes me want to stop going to the doctor because always hidden truth behind a lot of things that they tell us.

@theirmommytiara, there was a girl where I live at that died from internal brain bleed a couple years ago. Her mom realized it was from depo and was upset that her ob/gyn didn't tell her the risk. She had the migraines all the time.

@nmc95 I believe it because I've tried the Depo shot I spotted the whole time I was on that thing it took awhile for that to get out my system. I've tried the IUD the Mirena I bled so much it was ridiculous I even tried the Implanon the one that go up under the skin.. both put my body through hell I like did the NuvaRing for a while but now that I'm going through the things that I'm going through on it I don't want to use it anymore. I believe if you do use it you're not supposed to do before long period of time.. I think my body is telling me it's time for me to get rid of it.. some people body knows that birth control be no good and that's why our bodies rejects them.

@theirmommytiara, my husband says birth control has all these side effects because it wasn't meant for women to have.

@nmc95 I've been on the NuvaRing and it makes my cycle longer but that dryness and painful intercourse I'm done with it .. they want me to use some type of gel twice a day but the medicine is not covered by insurance so I will have to come out of my pocket $48 every time I need to use it I'm good on that after September I'm going to get off birth control for good and just go natural... this is the longest I've ever been on birth control but I did notice a decrease in sex drive and the wetness down there but I just thought that I wasn't attracted to my fiancee anymore far as the sex drive go I didn't know that my birth control was doing that to me

@theirmommytiara, it's all about the money. Nobody tells anybody anything especially when it deals with a person health. It's so wrong lie they'd make more money if they were truthful you know. My ob/gyn didn't tell me all the side effects with my iud so I switched obs and getting mine taken out. And girl yes it makes sex so painful & sex drive is horrible.

I learned something new today I didn't even know that and that's all I use is tampon I really don't like pads because they're messy SMH.. I don't understand why the gynecologist wouldn't tell you that they tell you not to douche and things like that but why not tell things like ... what about the organic tampon are they any better than regular tampons or just about the same?... that's just like I learn from my urologist because I'm having a problem with my bladder all birth control except for an IUD affects the testosterone which causes low sex drive it even causes a little dryness down there painful sex

Yup, I use a diva cup! Twice a day you empty and rinse... Easiest switch I ever made... I'll NEVER go back
