So off topic help ladies anyone know how to cook oxtail and beans? I love to cook but oxtail got me like what? I know nothing about oxtail

I boil the oxtail w a little bit of vinagre, once it's really soft I add onions , peppers (red , green ) and recao , black pepper , mashed garlic, tomato sauce & oregano powder
