Anyone on the birth control patch that has bleeding in between periods been on the patch fourth months and just started having in between bleeding my last two cycles just wanted to know if it was normal

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
