I can't even let my son cry for half a second without my parents running to my room and grabbing him. Yes this is my first but I know how to take care of him.

@blessed_mom3 I'm actually surprised my MIL isn't like that. I know I'm the youngest and it's my dad's first grandchild but I'm almost 30. They've always felt like they control my life though

My parents were the same when we lived at their house. Or constantly said I was yelling at him and that didn't help calm him down at all. Hard to be a parent with your first when your parents or even grandparents always think their twocents in it. Like telling me I should be working not being a SAHM
