My nipples are raw both of them it hurts to feed I forget what I can use to ease the pain when feeing... Help dont just like my post comment what can help ease pain if you know.

Has your milk came in yet ? If so you can squeeze some milk out and rub them on your nipples and that helps me.

@lilly_mom_of_4 yes they are I've seen them at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, target, and kroger

Nipple cream will help sooth, also after feedings putting a cool cloth on will help
