Update we took her in and they prescribed zofran to help keep things down. She is atleast keeping down liquids now, slowly going to introduce food again to help get nutrients in her.

She needs to go to the er to get an iv especially if she can't hold down pedialyte

Have you tried the pedialite popsicles? My son loves them since he's obsessed with popsicles anyways. He is not fond of the pedialite juice by itself and couldn't keep it down.
