Can someone who lives in Texas and is on medicaid message me? I have questions about child support

Yeah! That's how my ex felt. He was helping me pay child care then he just stopped. So I had to do what I had to do. So if this is the only way he will pay do it.

@nicoclev, it took about month and a half before we started to get money from him. But Medicaid kicked her off once I got back to work. Since me and him work for the same company he has to reimburse me for paying for insurance with our job now.

If u have a good relationship with the father i would say get a prepaid card n him load money biweekly for ur kid. Then with proof u can take to the office. N they wont get him for it. The state does take more than what ur kid will get. So y not try talk to the father n work something out. That way ur child will get everything he deserves. I knew then what i know now i wouldnt have put him on cs.

Medicaid will start the process for u. Simply cuz they want their money for the medical bills. I went n filed but now after 5 years seperated we got back together have a 1 year old now N the state still takes his money. His whole income cs took for medical bills my kids didnt get any and now we cant close the case. Until all medical is pd.
