So my mom found the baby in my rib cage lol and has been disappointed every since because she wanted a boy not girl but she said that it's a girl considering that I am having the same symptoms she was when she was pregnant with me and I guess my favorite place was her ribs lol so guys what do u think

Don't go by wives tales. If I went by that I'd be having a boy and I'm not.

At 17 weeks your uterus and baby are still located under your belly button hun, no where near rib cage yet 😊 But what are you hoping for, boy or girl? 😊

Yea mine was always in my ribs and he was a boy. "The girl sits high and the boy sits low" is and old wives tale!

Your baby is NOT in your rib cage at 17 weeks. Sorry girl, but your uterus isn't even passed your belly button yet. & doesn't get up to your belly button untill 20-22 weeks. & I think she's just being a grandma. & you can't go by any of that, unfortunately
