You can get all the protein you need from veggies. How do u think cows get all of their protein?? Try broccoli, beans, PB, brussel sprouts, lentils etc.
I don't eat meat EVER, ugh, dead animal carcass creeps me out! VegaOne is amazing and SO yummy!!! Completely plant based 😍😋
Chocolate ensure for me. But I only drank one a day cuz at my job I wasn't allowed to eat on the clock.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Is this the one yall drink to induce??? I'm desperate
