Anyone drink protein drinks during pregnancy, if so which brand? I can't keep down meat😣

Chocolate ensure for me. But I only drank one a day cuz at my job I wasn't allowed to eat on the clock.

Premier protein. I used that once to twice a day.

I don't eat meat EVER, ugh, dead animal carcass creeps me out! VegaOne is amazing and SO yummy!!! Completely plant based 😍😋

You can get all the protein you need from veggies. How do u think cows get all of their protein?? Try broccoli, beans, PB, brussel sprouts, lentils etc.
