Omg I'm so sorry this is so long but I need advice!!
So I breastfed my first daughter for the first 3 months. At the time I had a pediatrician on base (whom I didn't really like but we didn't have much choice with our insurance) and she told me that I could stop at 3 months and switch to formula with some infant cereal. My daughter didn't have any problems gaining weight but like the total noob inexperienced mom I was I took her advice and stopped. I was SERIOUSLY judged for it. You would've thought I had been telling other moms that I smack my infant with a brick several times a day. Personally I believe "fed is best" and my daughter did great on formula but I do wish I would've at least gone a year.
Flash forward to my second daughter. I was having such a hard time getting her to latch and my milk was just not coming in like it did before. Eventually we had to supplement because she just wasn't getting the food she needed. I was okay with that because I had a small toddler at home and was already exhausted and if we bottle fed my husband could help with night feedings. We made the decision to just do that. It sucked but that's how it had to be at the time.
Now with my son I REEEEAAALLLLYYYY want to breastfeed him exclusively to at least 6mo-1yr. I'm nervous about night feedings because I'll still have to be up with my girls and my husband can't help with night feedings because he works early. Not to mention the time pumping and I am dreading having him latched to my boob because I know that's when my kids will act up! Also about my milk coming in properly. I had no issues the first time but the second time felt like nothing happened???? I'm hell bent on doing this because it will save us soooo much money not to mention the health benefits and bonding.
Any tips?? Tips on night feedings? How can I get my husband involved? He already works sooo much but I'm definitely going to need help. He will have some time off after Landon is born. Also, I've been having more breast tenderness this time around so do you think that means I'll have a good supply?! I'm really stressing about this I really don't want to have to supplement!
Anyone with more than one kid help a sister out?! How do you do it!!

I don't have multiple but can't imagine how challenging it would be. Dont stress about your milk coming in. It will be there. I don't know much info from 2nd preg but it was most likely just fine.
It's hard to have hubby involved for breastfeeding but im sure he'll be there for any bottles. If he's home nights he can tend to the girls if they wake. Make you food, bring you water. Keep the girls entertained as much as possible.
When you're alone you'll need a good nursing pillow and I definitely recommend a sling so that you can wear baby and nurse hands free.
When youre nursing you can read books to your girls, have them play games with you (i spy?), have activities ready for nursing time, keep them busy with meals. Or a good old fashion movie.
Maybe your husband can help you prepare activity packs for the girls so you can easily manage the kids and nursing. Maybe even have a room kid proofed so they can simply stay put when you need a moment. It will most likely be trial and error for your family, gotta find what works for you.

My first thought is to get both girls on a sleeping schedule through the night! That will be key to success! Have him sleep in your room in a co sleeper ( a separate bed basically attaches to you're so you don't have to physically get up) and keep in there as long as you can! Husband needs to focus on the other two for the beginning. Helping anyway he can with them, giving you more time with the 3rd when he's not working👍😍 also look up breast massages for inducing that first let down when your milk comes in... Hot wash clothes and pushing down motion... It triggered my milk to come in. I also met with a lactation consultant for peace of mind. I am still breastfeeding and pregnant with #2 👍👍

Careful, supplements are only after giving birth and make sure you are getting good quality!
