Google: Genetian Violet. It's a natural remedy. You can buy it at most drug stores. My doc has advised me to use it because it's not as harsh as what they prescribe, which often can cause a nasty rash.

If you breast feed make sure you keep your nipples clean and dry after every feeding because you can keep giving it back to him. You can also swab his mouth with plain yogurt. I did that while my daughter was in her medicine too and it helped get rid of it faster.

Sterilize everything that goes in his mouth continuously. My son had thrush :/

Just try to keep it as clean as you can. Wipe out his mouth and tongue with a warm wash cloth after each feeding.

To add- he isn't in pain, he is eating fine and sleeps fine.
