I joined the gym & started eating healthy cutting out fried foods. I would still eat wtv I wanted Bt less of that & small portions & I lost 5 pounds in a month. Still continuing to do it & I see my belly getting smaller
@reginaoro, lmao yes as someone who tried it multiple times, don't even try it. You'd do the same if you just wrapped yourself up in cling wrap and worked out. After c section ab workouts hurt SO BAD but just take it easy! Modify them if you need to do they are easier to do. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been while not pregnant and I've been on a regular workout/cardio schedule for about two weeks and I feel so good doing it. And all I do it home workouts on YouTube! So no gym is even needed!
Cardio cardio cardio. I have a big belly flap after having my sweet girl. I wish I would have started working out after 8 weeks (had a c section so I had to wait) and I would have a better summer body now! Don't try the "crazy wrap thing" it doesn't even work lmao. I tried 8 wraps and saw 0 results. Don't even waste your money
