I used dove baby soap & baking soda when my son was younger he had it bad it actually works when you comb it through and wash

Honestly, I used the mustela baby shampoo. It works wonders. It doesn't harm the baby, it's hypoallergenic. And it's good for babies with baby eczema. It doesn't bother the skin. Then again everyone is different. But use a baby soft brush when applied to the hair to brush it off while giving him a nice bath. I did it every two days once my son was born . It is expensive but it does last a long time.
