Make sure you take ibuprofen first, it's not bad. Also my husband does feel my strings sometimes.

@jacesterlingsmommy, I'm taking Tylenol but the fact that everyone is telling me to take something first is what scares me 😂

It's not for the pain at the time. It's more of a preventative for cramps. I didn't feel a thing with either one of mine.

I didn't feel any pain but some women do experience cramping.
