OK my baby constantly scratch at his diaper not his penis but crease where the leg and hip meet what should I do

Definitely check to see if there are irritated skin if so nothing but vasaline will fix or baby Aveeno lotion. I use vasaline for mine and he stop scratching his diaper unless it's yeast infection he scratched constantly so I have to rub it through his diaper for him so the med can soothe it quickly
