It's safe to drink and breastfeed. The baby gets minimal amounts of alcohol through the milk.

The amount of alcohol in your blood directly correlates to how much is in your breast milk. So if you blow a .20 (which is super super drunk) you would have .20 of alcohol in your milk, which is about an eighth of a beer.
