Are contractions better laying or sitting?

@julybaby, I'm scared for you mama 😩 just by thinking about when I gave birth makes me wanna cry!! Thank god it's over with . But some people can tolerate the pain I cannot!!!!

I might be a little exaggerated but still ! I couldn't deal with my contractions and started pushing sitting up 🙄😂😂🤷🏼‍♀️
