Took forever to get my son to go to sleep tonight. Ever since he came back from his dad's this weekend his sleep has not been that great when it was getting better! I personally think my child is to young for over night visitations right now. It's not fair to my baby especially when I'm trying to give him structure, routine and schedule and my ex doesn't do any of that with him he can't even put him in pjs I pack him! Then it all throws off my child 🙄 I get my ex has parental rights but what about my sons wellbeing?! guess the courts don't care about that.

If you talked to him do you think he would change at all? If you really stress that when he doesn't follow any routine it's affecting babe's sleep at home. Ask him if he could make an attempt to keep things similar at his house to the way you are doing things at your house.

He won't! He's a narcissist so me trying to tell him anything he's going to want to do the opposite. I told him the other day that he needs to brush his teeth 2-3times a day and he looked at me like it was unheard of to brush baby's teeth! He's like oh he's going to lose them anyway!!
