What is the best thing I could do to increase the chances of getting pregnant? We have been trying for so long. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to increase our chances.
What can I do to increase milk supply?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
the shit I deal with 💁 I don't regret my son not one bit but I do wish I would've got a chance to know everyone in the family and family's friends like this bitch before I got pregnant.
My breast milk is low 😞 what can I do to increase it?
I started taking prenatals.. Do they help increase my chances in trying to conceive ?

Have you tried the Ovia fertility app? It gives a calendar that shows when your expected period will be, when you'll be most fertile, etc. and it really helped my husband and I get pregnant faster. Something to consider, hope it helps :)

@alefevre30, well I know there's a lot of fertility tracker apps out there. You can try apps like Glow, Shine, or Dot (I have no idea where people come up with these names by the way😂)

@alefevre30, umm that's a good question. I have an iPhone so they should work fine with other iPhones but I'm not sure about android. You could go to the App Store (or the android equivalent of that) and see what options you can find?
