What are you ladies making for dinners this week? I need ideas!!!

I made walnut chicken!

Boneless chicken

Crushed walnuts

2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350

Dip chicken in egg mixture then into the walnut bowl

Bake for 25 minutes

@caylintay Yum sounds really good! Did you season the chicken with anything special?

@mdomke22, you probably could, but I don't. I'm sure you could had seasoning to the egg mixture before adding the walnuts!

Today baked potato w cashew cream sauce , corn on side and mixed veggies baked

@rola wish I had time to make something like that! I gotta leave for work in like and hour and a half

Tonight's dinner. Chicken breast and red skin potatoes in the crockpot

Tomorrow I am making pork chops in the crockpot

@mdomke22, me too :( I'm pretty sure with a crockpot you can just throw a whole bunch of random stuff in there and it'll still come out tasting good hahaa . I'm just putting pork chops and onions and garlic and random herbs in there tomorrow

@shellbell0391, you should try some apricot preserves. Just add porkchops, 1 lb baby carrots then cover with apricot preserves. It's delicious!

@mdomke22, all I have are crockpot or one pot meals. No oven ATM

I put beef chunks, Lipton French onion soup mix, beef gravy and a little onion and garlic powder in a crock pot and serve it over mashed potatoes or rice. :)

@mdomke22 pasta with tossed Brocolli and some parm cheese w olive oil is easier then lol
