But no it wasn't a lot.

Most likely they'll collect your pee, do some blood work and ask you general questions about you anf your family history.

Oh yeah I got a blood order that day for some genetic testing, which is optional, but I didn't actually go get it done... I now have to go do it on the 2nd because they are required to test you for stds and things like that for the baby's safety.

It depends. This is what happened at mine:

If you want an ultrasound you can lie and say you're not sure when you got pregnant, that's what I did because I still couldn't believe I was pregnant lol

They'll have you pee in a cup and ask you some basic questions to get your file started. They might also have you fill out a form beforehand with some information about your health.
