Is it normal to feel really depressed and unhappy during pregnancy? Everyone keeps saying how happy and excited I must be...but the horrible truth is that I'm just not....It makes me feel like I'm going to be a bad mom
@logan.sarah.walters I'm feeling better today. A couple of days ago the guy who I consider the love of my life started talking to me and today he told me that he wants to be there for me and the baby and help me
Although it can be normal, still bring it up to your healthcare provider (OB). It looks like you are still early in your pregnancy, it will get better as time goes on.
Find some other single moms and find out where they got their strength from, my guess is they will say their kids. It's ok to feel like this, just don't let your feelings keep you down. Find joy in little things and remember that feelings pass. Nothing is permanent in this life. Especially because some great guys prefer ready made families.
I really hope I start to feel excited. I'm just really scared about having this baby all alone. I really want these feelings to go away :-(

Its just your hormones. Your moods about it all will go up and down. You have your bad days and your good. I definitely have mine. But I know I love my daughter with all my heart and that the feeling will pass. As time goes on in your pregnancy, you should start seeing more of the bright things about it, especially when you find out the gender and feel their movements. And also as you get near to your due date. Don't worry. You'll be a great mom!! 💖💖
It's normal to be emotional and even wonder wtf you got yourself into. It doesn't mean you're going to be a bad mom or not care about your baby. You're just realizing life is going to be different, but it's not a bad thing. You have time to adjust and get excited. Not every day is perfect, happy, exciting, etc. in any situation we have to make our own happiness. You'll get there. 😘

It's normal to feel that way, your hormones are totally out of whack and being pregnant is stressful even if it was planned and that can add to depression. You'll be a great mom!
It's normal to feel any type of way. It's your life that is about to change tremendously but I promise you once you look at your baby (the little monster that you created ) you will want to do nothing but good for them. That baby will change your life and your view faster then you think.
