Hey can y'all help me out okay I have a real bad migraine and I have some cramping in my lower Stomach in lower back pain in sore boobs in keep throwing up in having to keep to pee????? I'm so tried in feeling really sick to my stomach

@juliaschade41, I'm going to go because even when I'm standing up I feel dizzy sitting down I feel dizzy even laying down I feel dizzy
