@juliaschade41, I'm going to go because even when I'm standing up I feel dizzy sitting down I feel dizzy even laying down I feel dizzy

When you have contractions does your stomach tighten up like it does with braxton hicks? I think I'm having contractions but I'm not sure. My stomach keeps tightening but it's painful in my lower abdomen.
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
Will i always have a little pouch from my c section? Will i ever be able to get my stomach flat?
