2 days away from due date, only 1cm dilated any advice on how to dilate more or anything?

I've heard everything from walk to sex to squats. I've been @ 1 cm for 3 weeks now. It's not working 😒

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

lizbeth9000 Girl i was checked 4 days before my due date and was not dilated at all lol.

Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
